Parlanti offers a warranty up to 3 months from the purchase date. No receipt = no warranty (no exceptions). They reserve the right to repair or replace a defective item. Expedited shipping charges will not be reimbursed. In some cases repairs/replacements may take up to 4 weeks to fulfill.
Discolored or deformed leather, broken zippers or tabs, broken, ripped, or frayed stitching, chipped or separating soles, and broken spur rests are covered under warranty.
Boots purchased over 3 months ago, boots not accompanied by a receipt, normal wear and tear, ripped leather from excessive riding, noticeably aged boots, boots purchased used or outside of the United States, and fading of the color of the leather are NOT covered by warranty.
